Purchase terms and conditions

1. Provider and contact

The store provider is Nilzo / Tu Panita Studio, Colombia. For questions, support, withdrawal, warranty, or complaints, contact support@tupanitanilzo.com.

2. Digital products

Nilzo sells presets, templates, sound effects, and other digital resources. Before purchasing, review the description, compatible application, format, and technical requirements shown on the product page.

3. Prices and payment

Prices, currency, discounts, taxes, and applicable charges are displayed before payment. Payments are processed by the provider shown at checkout, currently Bold or Lemon Squeezy depending on the store configuration; Nilzo does not store complete card or financial instrument details. A purchase is confirmed when payment is approved and recorded in our systems.

4. Delivery and downloads

After payment confirmation, the buyer receives access through the confirmation page and supplied email. Each purchased product permits a maximum of three downloads. The link is personal and must not be shared or published.

5. Usage license

A purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, personal, and non-transferable license to use the resource under the Nilzo Usage License. Intellectual property ownership is not transferred to the buyer.

6. Withdrawal, refunds, and warranties

Withdrawal, payment reversal, warranty, and refund requests are handled under applicable Colombian law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. If a file is damaged, incomplete, or materially different from its description, contact us with the order number so we can review the case and provide the correction, replacement, or legally appropriate remedy.

7. Buyer responsibilities

• Provide a valid email and retain access to it.
• Check compatibility before purchase.
• Do not share links or source files.
• Do not bypass download limits, security, or access controls.

8. Availability and support

We aim to keep the store and downloads available, but interruptions may occur because of maintenance, external providers, or events beyond our control. When a verifiable issue occurs, we will provide reasonable support to restore access.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nilzo is not liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities, or compatibility issues not disclosed by the buyer. This does not exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or obligations that cannot legally be limited.

10. Governing law and complaints

These terms are interpreted under Colombian law. Consumers retain the right to submit requests to Nilzo and approach competent authorities or courts. Before starting a dispute, we invite you to contact us to seek a direct resolution.

11. Changes

The version accepted when the order is created governs that purchase. We may update these terms for future purchases and will publish the date of each new version.
