License
Digital asset usage license
Each purchase or free download grants the buyer a usage license; it does not transfer ownership or copyright in the asset.
Current version: 2026-08-16
1. License grant
You receive a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, revocable upon breach, personal, and non-transferable license to incorporate the asset into personal and commercial end projects.
2. Permitted uses
- Videos, podcasts, campaigns, publications, and your own finished pieces.
- Finished client work, provided the asset is embedded and cannot be extracted as a source file.
- Changes needed to adapt the resource to an end project.
3. Prohibited uses
- Resell, give away, redistribute, sublicense, or share source files.
- Publish the asset in repositories, groups, cloud drives, marketplaces, or downloadable libraries.
- Include the source file in products or templates from which it can be extracted.
- Remove attribution notices to claim the asset as your own.
- Use the files to train or fine-tune artificial-intelligence models or build model datasets without written permission.
4. Teams and collaborators
The license belongs to the buyer. A collaborator may access a file temporarily only to produce the authorized project and must delete the copy afterward. Shared libraries or ongoing multi-user access require separate licenses or written permission.
5. Downloads and copies
Each link permits up to three downloads. You may keep private backup copies, but must not share them or make them publicly accessible.
6. Intellectual property and breach
Nilzo and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted. A material breach terminates the license and requires you to stop use and delete copies of the asset, without limiting other available legal remedies.
7. Special requests
For team licensing, authorized redistribution, or other uses not covered here, request advance permission at support@tupanitanilzo.com.
